CDDA
is a DOS PC based utility that allows the user to
extract digitally perfect copies of samples from audio
CDs. It also allows the user to extract MPEG streams
from CDi Digital Video CDs, and VideoCDs, and XA frames
from CD-XA CDs. Version 1.7 now supports SCSI drives
with ASPI drivers, ATAPI drives with ATASPI drivers,
ATAPI drives with ASPI drivers under Win95/98, ATAPI
drives with native mode drivers, and most other drives
through the MSCDEX drivers.

Audio Copy (WinDAC) is an audio utility that allows
you to copy audio tracks from CDs. This data can be
saved in WAV files. You can kill zero-samples at the
beginning and end of the converted file, use all recognized
CD-ROM drives simultaneously, copy selected tracks
in different WAV files, and display information to
all tracks. WinDAC gives you full drive control (like
eject and play), shows main drive states, and copies
selected sectors of the CD. You can execute a script
after copying a track and then compress audio data
directly using the Windows audio compression manager
